Michelle Long, MA

Hi! I'm Michelle, the founder and creator of The Practice for Women. I have been a teacher of feminine spirituality, yoga, and women's leadership since 2002. 

I have a master's degree in Holistic Health Education, I'm a certified Women's Wholeness Coach, and owned and managed a women's healing center for 10 years. 

I am also a wife and mother who has lived through my share of hardships and I understand what it's like to hold the weight of many worlds.

I have led thousands of women around the world through my signature program, The Practice™, and continue to lead both online programs and in-person retreats. I am on a mission to help women leaders find their true voice, stop self-sacrificing, and become their own authority in life and leadership.
